- Attraction & Assessment: Employment branding is important to paint a picture of the culture to attract the right hires. Proper screening and assessing of candidates is needed to prove they can complete the day-in and day-out tasks that the role requires.

- Alignment & Experience: “There is no substitute for a stellar candidate experience,” says Kruse. “Alignment between hiring manager and candidate all the way through the hiring process is the most important thing for the talent acquisition team to get right.”

- Quality & Onboarding: In order to measure the quality of your hiring process, you need to measure and track metrics. This will identify roadblocks in the system. Additionally, evaluating your onboarding process is equally important as identifying the candidates.
