Go to end ⇓As a senior member of the electrical engineering team, the Staff Electrical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and production of advanced robotic systems. This role supports multiple projects simultaneously and plays a key role in improving the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of new and existing products within a pharmacy automation portfolio.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• System-level electrical architecture experience
• Strong background in motion control, AC power electronics, motors and controls, sensors, servo systems, and embedded control systems
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Experience using LabVIEW and/or LabWindows CVI for test automation
• Experience with Altium or similar PCB design tools for schematic capture, layout, and documentation
• Ability to build prototype printed circuit board assemblies and cables
• Experience supporting regulatory certifications (UL-61010, UL-60601, CE, TÜV)
• Experience obtaining EMI/EMC certification
Requirements
• Support R&D teams across multiple concurrent projects
• Improve quality and reliability of current and future products through hands-on electrical troubleshooting and solution development
• Design manufacturing test setups and diagnostic tools
• Develop test applications and system monitoring tools
• Support and update existing board designs
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide electrical support for ongoing regulatory and compliance activities
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• Experience supporting FDA-regulated or highly regulated products
• Familiarity with pharmacy automation systems
