Position Details:
Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Scranton, PA
Shift: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $27.41 – $30/hr

Travel: 75%
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of complex systems and equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment operates according to specifications.
- Document all service activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams.
- Follow all safety procedures.
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice-to Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- PV, solar or inverter experience
