Position Description
The Electro Mechanical Technician (EMT) performs both mechanical and electrical maintenance duties including: pipe fitting, welding, machining, hydraulics, instrumentation, working with sheet metal, as well as troubleshooting, replacing, repairing, and cleaning systems, equipment, and/or component parts utilizing industry standards for precision maintenance.

Location: TX. Home based near major airport.

Position Description :
The Southwest Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for driving the company’s growth in the following states: Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

This is a very hands on role and will be responsible identifying and qualifying leads, interviewing prospects, determining customer needs, coordinating/participating in onsite demonstrations, working with the customers to develop cost/benefit analyses, creating customized proposals, and acting as a liaison for all orders, training, and customer service. The best characteristic for this role will be a down to earth, in-the-field mentality as your customers may be Foremen of construction sites or GMs of landfills and you'll need to get on their sites to best service their needs.


Requirements:
-Engineering or technical degree preferred (Civil, Environmental or Industrial) but not required.
-Strong experience following a rigorous sales process and utilizing state of the art CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Zoho.
-Intellectual curiosity (Strong desire to understand industry trends and competitive products).
-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the region a few times a month.

• Compensation: Level 1: $26-$33/hr
Level 2: $34-$39/hr
Level 1 requires proficient experience conducting mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on generators/diesel engines.
Level 2 requires, Level 1 experience + knowledge and some experience working on the Electrical systems, Switchgear, load balancing, etc.

Atlanta – needs a solid Level II candidate
Bakersfield – a solid Level I or a Level II candidate

Position Description: perform operations, startups, preventative & corrective maintenance on commercial generators, low to medium voltage switchgear, and battery storage equipment at customer locations in your region. Duties will include:

• Repair and troubleshoot engines such as Volvo, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere and MTU.
• Troubleshoot, repair and program switchgear.
• Inspect, repair, service and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Thorough and timely completion of job documentation.
• Provide on call services as required.

Requirements:
• Four or more years of commercial/industrial experience working on generators, engines, switchgear and controllers. Volvo engine experience a plus.
• 20% overnight travel.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, background check and drug screen
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Outlook email/calendars
• OEM Training, certification and/or EGSA certification preferred

Requirements:
• Premium compensation rates for all Generator Technicians
• Double Time for ER Callouts 6PM - 6AM
• Company supplied truck, cell phone, credit card, uniforms, rain and arc flash gear
• Annual work boot Program

Physical Demands
Tasks require the regular and, at times, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work.
• 85% physical activity required on customer site working with equipment
• 15% administrative tasks and technical support activities

Physical Activity:
• May involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-75 pounds).
• Frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands, to touch, handle or grasp, reach with hands and arms.
• Combination of climbing and balancing to include climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to Protective Glasses,
