Job Summary:
 
In this role, the work being supported ensures the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry. Position supports incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection. Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure that company standards are met. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
  • Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection.
  • Perform inspection of purged product as requested.
  • Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system
  • Generate non-conformance/defect reports as required.
  • Perform first article inspections to support the component/part qualification.
  • Be able to read and interpret specifications and part prints.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
  • Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Enforce FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.
  • Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.
  • Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations.
  • Be able to mentor other inspectors and provide guidance as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment performing in-process, final, and incoming inspection
  • Knowledge of PCBA inspection and IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 certification is required
  • Experience working with engineering to drive improvement trends across factory defects
  • Experience leading first article inspection including developing first article templates, and completing full first article data packages
  • Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with little instruction on daily work
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Quality inspection lead experience highly preferred
  • Experience working in aerospace/defense industry highly preferred 
  • Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of Aegis Factory Logix a plus
  • Experience with Cable Inspection, certification to IPC-A-620 a plus
  • Knowledge or Certification of J-STD, IPC-7711/7721 is a plus

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Setup, operate and perform daily maintenance on manufacturing machines.
  • Strictly adheres to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Makes high quality parts to specifications.
  • Helps develop workable methods for machining operations.
  • Makes proper use of machines, tooling, and inspection equipment.
  • Sets up, machines, and inspects all required operations.
  • Proficient at inspecting sizes and geometries down to .0002”.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to less experienced machinists to upgrade their machining, inspection, and problem-solving skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shops, and other mandatory safety equipment.

The Procurement Manager’s role is a full-time office-based position with periodic travel to the project sites and suppliers. The Procurement Manager will manage all home office procurement activities on assigned projects as well as procuring assigned elements including but not limited to, managing strategic supplier relationships, tracking supply chain requirements, negotiating, and administering critical supply agreements in support of company's project needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand the EPC Contract.
  • Develop project procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Manage weekly project team status review of procurement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project specific procurement templates, including RFP and contract documents.
  • Develop technical and commercial expertise to enable proper management of procurement.
  • Interface with engineering, accounting, scheduling, legal counsel, document control, field project team staff, and project management personnel.

  • Expedite timely submittals of bids.
  • Prepare commercial bid evaluation tabs and coordinate selection of “short-listed” bidders with engineering team.

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

As our Operations Manager, you will keep the train on the tracks and make sure that train runs on time. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • HR & Onboarding Support

  • Policy & SOP Management Draft and update standard operating procedures and internal admin policies. Keep documentation current, accessible, and aligned with firm practices.
  • Internal Communication and Task Follow-Up Own internal task lists, reminders, and recurring project check-ins. Keep the wheels turning by following up on deadlines and ensuring loose ends are tied up. Politely, but firmly manage team members to ensure everyone stays focused and on task.
  • Office & Facilities Oversight Be the primary point of contact with our Firm’s vendors, manage office and kitchen supply inventory, and handle facility-related requests. Ensure the office stays stocked, functional, and professional.
  • Team & Culture Support Help run internal events, coordinate team offsites, and track employee milestones and morale efforts. Support the “people” side of operations.
  • Other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
You’ll pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving and free up leadership to focus on higher-level initiatives.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, HR coordination, or operations (law firm or professional services preferred)

  • Strong command of payroll, AP/AR, and expense workflows. A bookkeeping background is a plus, but not required.

  • Proven ability to write and maintain SOPs, track KPIs, and manage internal systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through
