• The plant runs 12-hour days and 12-hour night schedule Monday – Saturday, off Sunday.
• You will work days for 3-months then nights for 3-months on rotation.
• When fully staffed the plant will shift to a 5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am shift schedule.
  

• $32.70/hr Your total pay includes your base hourly rate + OT paid out after 8-hours worked daily + shift differential + quarterly + annual target bonuses with multipliers (typically half paid out quarterly, the balance paid annually)
• Your expected W2 in a year can range from $145k-150k.

• Experience with the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within industrial equipment, facilities, automated systems, and other mechanical/engineering systems.
• Electrical systems include motors, controls, motor controls, PLCs, MCCs, AC/DC systems, electrical schematics, analog electronics, AC/DC electrical drives, power conversion, instrumentation, and computer hardware.

Position Description: In this role you will be
responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support
and on-site training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new
equipment; preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing
equipment; and telephone customer support. The Field Service Technician also
prepares reports documenting the work performed and the performance of the
equipment. You will spend your first few weeks training at the home office in Tulsa,
OK, then receive OJT with other seasoned FSTs before going out on work calls
autonomously. 

Some specific
responsibilities include:

•  Provide technical service support on existing
  installations ensuring systems continue to meet existing building occupancy
  codes and efficient operation requirements.
• Programming and commissioning of Control Systems and
  Integration with other systems related to building automation.
• Be well-versed in multiple controls systems as they may
  be on a different site each day based on the service calls that come in on a
  daily basis.
• Communicate directly with the customer in order to
  satisfy the needs regarding the specifics of what is required to solve the
  issue on a particular site.
• Document the services performed on a service call on a
  FSR (Field Service Report) with details of what the service call consisted of
  and to document if the call is complete or will require a follow up visit.
• Replace failed parts, controllers, wire, relays and
  devices as required. 
• Maintain a good disposition with the customers and deal
  with them in a courteous manner at all times.
• Verify devices, panels and annunciators of controls
  projects.
• Ensure timely software backups are created for projects
  and software development.
• Complete time sheets, service work orders, and other
  paperwork required for this position in an accurate and timely manner.

• Assist in building switchgear panels using schematic,
  mechanical and general assembly drawings:
• Carry out preparatory work on switchgear components e.g.
  cable stripping / label printing.
• Assist with the mechanical assembly of switchgear
  frames. 
• Complete the assembly of mechanical components e.g.
  copper assembly.
• Complete the assembly of electrical sub-assemblies e.g.
  wire harnesses and panel plates etc.
• Assembly and installation of panel door assemblies.
• Support the wrapping and preparation of finished products
  for shipment.
• Be required to help in other departments as required
  daily.
• Maintain area housekeeping standards to ensure a
  consistent and audit ready state.
• Ensure waste materials are stored in a safe and efficient
  manner prior to collection. 
• Any other duties within any associated department as
  requested by your Production Supervisor.
• Experience / Skills Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Maintain motors, starters, VFDs, I/O controls, and some robotics on production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failures
• Support project work for plant growth, upgrades, and safety improvements
