Manufacturing Production Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and lead all production departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience, including management.
• Strong background in sheet metal and plate fabrication processes, including welding, stamping, punching, bending, and assembly.
• Hands-on understanding of fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistics management skills.
• Effective team builder with proven leadership and delegation capabilities.

Metal Fabricator (Heavy)

Compensation: $20.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM (frequent overtime opportunities)

About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Perform metal fabrication tasks and additional duties as assigned by the Foreman.
• Support production schedules by completing assigned jobs on time and according to specifications.

Key Duties

• Operate fabrication equipment including power brakes, shears, rollers, and related tools.
• Mark cutting lines, bending lines, and layouts per mechanical drawings.
• Fabricate and assemble general sheet metal and plate metal components.
• Verify accuracy using measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and report errors, issues, or discrepancies to the Foreman.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on metal fabrication experience.
• Skilled in shearing, brake forming, punching, rolling, and plate metal work.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and fabrication layouts.
• Strong understanding of material types and their applications.
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools and basic math calculations.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

The Sr. Commissioning Program Manager will oversee all commissioning activities and responsibilities for data center delivery. This team member will be the ‘go to’ commissioning resource for all data centers across the portfolio for their region when commissioning execution advice is needed and will use their subject matter expertise as well as engage with diverse teams to meet the commitment of superior service to the clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess new designs for commissionability
• Develop commissioning RFPs to contract 3rd party commissioning agents
• Support contracting 3rd party commissioning agents in alignment with policies, legal procedures and finance
• Collaborate with construction and contractors on build strategy in support of commissioning
• Collaborate with CxA’s, QC and Integration for commissioning planning and execution
• Interface with construction and CxA’s to develop schedules and testing plans
• Support and oversee fit-outs and retro-fit commissioning
• Enforce thecommissioning program and customer delivery requirements
• Oversee 3rd party commissioning agents

Other Duties:

• Support  Integration and QC during commissioning
• Oversee commissioning of multiple sites

• EPMS/SCADA/BMS Controls system experience (software and/or hardware)
• Have fluent knowledge of continuous operating redundant electrical and mechanical systems, cooling systems, air flow containment systems and building management systems. (Including but not limited to: uninterruptable power sources, AC/DC conversion, P&ID loops, diesel generators systems and other complex arrangements, direct evaporative cooling systems, etc...)
• Ability to develop solutions and execute plans on complex projects
• Previous ownership of fast-track design/build projects and or multiple significant upgrade projects

Reporting to a Program Manager, we are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead projects focused on the professional delivery of electrical switchgear projects for our data-centre clients from initiation to final delivery. You will ensure that your project portfolio is executed efficiently, aligned with client expectations and delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and financial performance. Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships is a critical aspect of the role. You will require a strong technical understanding of Project Management Systems and a high degree of financial and commercial acumen.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budget and resources using PM tools.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Provide accurate reports which provide clarity on alignment of performance to the overall project.
