Job Description

Location: Los Angeles, California 
Employment Type: Full-time, six-month fixed-term assignment 
Starting Pay: $30 per hour 
Night-Shift Differential: $3 per hour, where applicable

Teach Robots How People Move

As a Data Creator, you will wear company-provided sensor equipment and perform specific physical movements that generate data for AI training. Your work will help humanoid robots learn how people walk, lift, reach, and complete everyday physical tasks.
This is an active, highly structured role requiring coordination, concentration, precision, and consistency throughout your shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Wear sensor equipment and perform designated human movements 
  • Complete repetitive activities such as walking, lifting, reaching, and moving objects 
  • Follow detailed movement procedures accurately and consistently 
  • Help set up, put on, remove, and properly store sensor equipment 
  • Identify and report equipment issues or inconsistencies 
  • Provide feedback that helps improve data-collection processes 
  • Work toward daily data-collection and quality goals 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

  • The ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, and perform repeated full-range movements throughout an eight-hour shift 
  • The focus and discipline to follow precise procedures 
  • The ability to learn new physical tasks quickly

  • Comfort receiving feedback and continually improving your performance 
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Authorization to work in the United States 
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment where processes and priorities may evolve 
Helpful, but Not Required
Experience in any of the following areas may help you succeed:
  • Video games or virtual reality 
  • Athletics, dance, performance, or other movement-based activities 
  • Electronics, mechanics, fabrication, or information technology 
  • Hardware or software troubleshooting 
  • Robotics or motion capture 
  • Military service 
Available Shifts
This position requires flexibility and may include day, swing, and overnight schedules.
