Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an Accelerator Operation Supervisor position with a company focused on advancing patient care by providing therapeutic radioisotopes and novel radiopharmaceuticals to detect and treat cancer, and customized radiopharmaceutical development services.

Position Details
Location: Beloit, MI
Compensation: $100K-$115K, REASONABLE FIRST YEAR W2 ~ $110K-$125K+
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation – Annual Bonus, Relocation negotiable
Shift: *NIGHT SHIFT 6 PM – 6:15 AM), Rotating Shift (3-1-3-3 schedule)

Position Description
As an Accelerator Operation Supervisor, you will assist in the development of the processes around routine and non-routine particle (electron) accelerator equipment operations and maintenance tasks necessary to manufacture radiopharmaceuticals safely, compliantly, and efficiently. You will guide a team in performing routine operations and maintenance. You will also be responsible for the operational success of the radioisotope production process, including accelerator startup/shutdown operations and maintenance, target irradiation, and other routine operations. You will be the point of contact to a shift team that must work independently and with limited supervision. The shift team will be responsible for responding to abnormal incidents and breakdowns, escalating issues appropriately, and troubleshooting, as necessary. You will assist the development of production documents, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Logs.

Position Requirements
• Navy Nuke or Electricians Mate Background is an ideal fit.
• BS or Technical qualification in Engineering, Physics is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 Years working in a highly regulated/cGMP environment or equipment experience.
• Experience working with electronics, testing equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Understanding/knowledge operating accelerator, reactor, or other radiation producing devices.
• Experience in radiopharmaceutical production is preferred.
• Experience leading and managing teams, including development, training, and work delegation.
