Position Description:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work under the supervision of the Field Services Department performing quality control on both Pushout and Cart Containment Systems.  You will perform Go-live training for Pushout Prevention Systems, Site Surveys for Pushout Prevention Systems and provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting and service for Pushout Prevention Systems.  You will be installing Pushout Prevention Systems, reporting quality control and make substantive and comprehensive decisions on job sites regarding appropriate work needed to remedy system issues.  You will also configure Pre-go-live systems and testing.  You will travel to various areas of the country to complete Installation, Service and Maintenance of the Company’s Systems, site optimization and reporting.  You are responsible for Assisting in the Supervision and Training of Field Service Apprentices, Field Service Technicians I and II, and Contractors.

Position Description: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a project or assigned group of projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate and manage all aspects of the project.

Requirements:
• 5 years minimum of relevant work experience managing construction projects is required, renovation work experience is a plus.
• Negotiating experience in construction change orders and project presentations required.
• Ability to interpret contractual documents, plans, specifications, schematic diagrams, and isometric drawings.
• Proficiency with job cost accounting systems.
• Understanding of financial models used in fixed price, cost plus and unit rate/price contracting.
• Ability to be reasonably on-call as necessary to support the on-going 24/7 operations of our clients which may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to be on the job site daily to check progress, inspect work and conduct meetings to resolve issues.
