Job Description

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience (8+ years preferred).
• Successful completion of basic air conditioning theory coursework.

  • DDC controls

• Perform advanced preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency service on mission-critical HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain:
  • Air- and water-cooled reciprocating chillers
  • Centrifugal and screw chillers
  • Natural gas boilers and unit heaters
  • Electric duct heaters
  • Cooling towers
  • HVAC air distribution systems (AHUs, FCUs, fans, etc.)
  • Water pumps and associated mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot DDC, pneumatic, and VFD control systems.
• Maintain, upgrade, and back up Building Automation System (BAS) software.
• Respond to after-hours service calls and participate in on-call rotation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior HVAC technicians.
• Complete assigned documentation and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Active Journeyman HVAC License (job description references Virginia license).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Military HVAC, utilities, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Strong commercial chiller and central plant experience.

Job Description

• Implementing the company's quality management system (QMS)
• Acting as a champion for quality
• Providing quality system training for employees
• Gathering data for corporate metrics, generating and analyzing quality records to ensure compliance with the corporate quality system
• Coordinating with manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, suppliers and customers to resolve quality problems and prevent reoccurrence.
• Helping the manufacturing engineer create mistake proofing as required for customers
• Ensure that all aspects of the QMS are functioning as intended and are cost effective
• Represent the Quality Department on plant project teams
• Ensure the corporate priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost are communicated and followed.
• This position reports to the Vice President of Quality.

Requirements:

• Looking for military leaders with a BS in an Engineering Discipline (or closely related discipline) and a good understanding of quality systems
• 2+ years of Quality System experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of corrective actions, returned goods management, PPAP, data analysis, mistake proofing,
• Strong problem-solving tools, and quality data collection systems.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Studying and evaluating in-process parts and assemblies through the use of capability studies, appropriate in process audits and statistical methods (when applicable) to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Manage and collaborate with internal and external customers in the review of the effectiveness of the quality system,
• material and finished goods storage, finished goods packaging systems.
• Manage the handling of material rejections, returned goods, and mistake proofing.
• Providing employee training regarding quality documentation (forms, work instructions, and standard procedures) and other quality functions.
• Direct the activities of the quality technician per corporate quality requirements and ensure that departmental quality inspectors are competent in measuring parts and fulfilling their quality system responsibilities.
• Work with customers in response to quality escapes, completion of customer corrective actions and 8D's. Ensure customer required documents are returned according to required timelines.
• Ensure customer required PPAP's, FAI and other new product approval requirements are completed on time and accurately.
• Provide support to the Sales department as required.
• Work with Company Products Supply Chain Manager(s) and with suppliers to ensure products and materials are supplied that meet specifications. Manage supplier quality as directed, including conducting supplier audits.
• Participate in planning and budgeting to support local quality objectives
• Review and initiate local quality forms and control plans and assist with or arrange any required English-Spanish translations. Advise when changes are necessary.
• Manage capability studies, the PPAP process, administration of gage calibration & evaluation, and Internal & External PPM reports.
• Conducting Quality audits of other MPI plants as directed.
• Assist with local projects as needed, including participation in Kaizen events and project teams.
• Directly supervise the Quality Technician(s) in your home plant.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and start up CNC machines and automation systems at customer locations
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Diagnose issues involving CNC controls, servo systems, PLCs, and machine components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance
• Document service activities, parts usage, and resolutions accurately
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service excellence
• Travel regionally (within a few hours of Dallas) to support customer sites as needed

• Military technical background highly preferred (Navy ET, EM, MM, GSE; Army 91-series; Air Force maintenance; or similar)
• Experience with industrial equipment, CNC machines, automation, or heavy mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic systems
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible regional travel schedule
• Comfortable working in industrial environments such as manufacturing floors and machine shops
• Valid driver's license required

Nice-To-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Experience with CNC controls (Mazatrol, Fanuc, Siemens)
• Knowledge of PLCs, servo motors, drives, and motion control systems
• Background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision alignment
• Prior field service or customer-facing technical experience
  

Job Description

• Troubleshoot, test, and inspect electrical apparatus.
• Perform as "lead" on projects.
• Perform all aspects of testing and maintenance of electrical power distribution systems, including troubleshooting capabilities, simple relay calibration, use of load recording instrumentation, low and medium voltage switchgear testing through 15 kV class.
• Test and troubleshoot moderately complex electrical systems, simple relay systems and power metering.
• Will compile complete, detailed reports promptly at end of project using a computer, and accurately process job billing and may perform complex analysis and evaluative tasks necessary to complete equipment labeling projects.
• Comply with job proposal and requirements from a client, including estimating man-hours and expenses, and developing scope and pricing.

• Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent and with work experience
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as OSHA and NFPA
• Strong background and experience in all types of switchgear testing through the 15 kV class
• Understanding of electrical theory and electrical power systems
• Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally
• Strong computer skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night work. Must be available for out of-town and international travel

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior sales representatives with requests for quotes (RFQs), proposals, and customer follow-ups
• Participate in customer meetings and assist with technical documentation and follow-up actions
