Position Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of frequency (50,60,400Hz) and power conversion (3-phase/single phase) equipment for defense, aerospace, and marine products. In this role you will troubleshoot, perform, suggest, and expedite service requests and duties to achieve superior customer satisfaction with a focus on safe operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Receive and/or return customer calls/emails regarding technical questions.
• Travel to customer sites & prepare for part delivery, corresponding with applicable department.
• Service (troubleshoot, start-up and repair) units in the field or factory.
• Train customer on unit safety and operation.
• Maintain complete records of service calls with both customers and internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with customers for service or modification.

Position Requirements
• Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent technical experience gained through successful completion of an accredited trade school or military electronics-based school.
• Two years electrical experience in 3-phase power systems.
• Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting.
• Flexible and able to travel on short notice.
• Fluent in English with good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and US Passport.

Position Description
As an HVAC Chiller Technician, you will be responsible for serving customers either on site, by phone, or via remote internet connection. Position Description | Aircraft Mechanic

• Ability to frequently lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds. Have the awareness that he/she will be working near and around moving mechanical parts, around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals and exposure to loud noises.
• Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.
• Be exposed to weather conditions outside as well as non-weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold.
