We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Global Quality Assurance team in Dallas, TX, reporting to the Global Quality Assurance Manager. Job Description

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of Field Service Engineering experience
• Experience with electrical power systems, including low-voltage through medium-voltage switchgear
• Experience supporting critical power facilities such as data centers, airports, healthcare facilities, or similar environments
• Experience testing automatic transfer switches
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Experience with power control and automation systems
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and industry standards
• Strong customer service and client communication skills
• Ability to complete projects on time and within budget guidelines
• Strong project management, organization, and decision-making skills
• Self-directed and committed to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule

• 5+ years of field service experience within the power distribution or protection industry
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Power distribution experience
• AC/DC electrical knowledge
• Voltage and circuit theory knowledge
• Advanced practical electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time-management and follow-up skills
• Experience with automatic transfer switch startups, modifications, warranty work, and preventative maintenance
• Experience supporting mission-critical power systems
