Position Details:
Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Location: Austin, TX
Shift: 4 days on, 3 days off – 10-hour work day
Compensation: $24 - $42/hour depending on experience. $2K sign-on bonus & $2k in relocation assistance (outside 50 mile radius).

Position Description | Aircraft Mechanic
• Perform Line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) work on various customers' aircraft.
• Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases (within the scope of approval) returning aircraft to service.
• Responsible for servicing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to Approved Technical Data provided by the customer.
• Ensure all departing aircraft are safe in accordance with FARs and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals and all work performed is properly documented.
• Perform line maintenance duties, activities, and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier’s maintenance control center as required.

Requirements:
• Must have a current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, continually utilize hand, and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in precarious places.
• Ability to frequently lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds. Have the awareness that he/she will be working near and around moving mechanical parts, around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals and exposure to loud noises.
• Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.
• Be exposed to weather conditions outside as well as non-weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must pass airport security background checks and travel for work as required.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts to include nights and weekends to meet customer demand.
• Preferred qualifications: Aircraft technician with A319, A320 experience.

Position Description:
A successful Customer Service Mechanical Technician will have a minimum of 2-3 years of Mechanical Technician or equivalent experience. They will be able to work on prototype machine assembly experience with pneumatics, and read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and sketches. You will report to the customer service manager.
• Communicate technical concepts in an open, clear, precise, and effective manner with customers, peers, colleagues of differing technical backgrounds, and all levels of management.
• Team worker able to develop and maintain excellent, professional, productive relationships with internal personnel of all levels and customers.
• Target and result orientated: driven to completion of goals to meet schedules.
• Demonstrate the ability to improve and harmonize the company Denver’s Mechanical methods and procedures.
• Flexible, Confidential, and organized while addressing diverse responsibilities.
• On-site training of proper techniques to sustain system calibration.
**If you have military avionics, or electronics background you will be perfect for this position.

Requirements:
• Heavy Work – Occasionally exert up to 100 pounds of force, frequently up to 50 pounds of force and constantly up to 20 pounds of force to move objects.
