Position Description:
Reporting to the Area Service Manager, the Field Technical Engineer is responsible for performing OEM service and installations of medical devices. Performs skilled technical work in the repair, preventative maintenance, and upgrades of OEM medical devices or systems. Documents and maintains accurate records of inspections, repairs, calibrations, and work performed on all equipment. Must be proficient in either Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD) or Ultrasound (UL) equipment.

Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Manage inventory, keep accurate records, and return unused and failed parts promptly.

Requirements:

Degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, biomedical technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent. Military equivalency is also acceptable.
One to three years of experience servicing BMD or Ultrasound equipment.
Previous mechanical, electronics, or fluidics work experience, either in a field service or hospital-based setting, is required.
Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, software operating systems., and network technology.
Previous experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based service process.
Familiarity with the use of common electronic test equipment including Digital Multi-Meters and safety analyzers.
Previous experience with or ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, illustrated parts diagrams, and technical manuals of biomedical and imaging instrumentation.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.

Hours: Monday – Friday | Day Shift 7:30am-4:30pm; overtime with approval
Compensation: $50k - $ 70k/annually (based on experience)

Position Descriptions: Repair Coordinator
The Repair Coordinator will work with the repair mechanics to source, order parts, and ultimately write a report for the Sales Team to sell the appropriate rotating equipment repair opportunities to customer. This will include quoting, order entry, and general customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:
• Communication with customers and sales team regarding repair opportunities
• Preparing price quotes and sourcing parts for repairs
• Verify availability of stock and shipping dates
• Enter and follow repair jobs through completion.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a military veteran with four years of industrial rotating equipment and industrial pump repair experience. You should also be an excellent communicator (written and oral), highly organized, and possess the ability to multi-task.

Position Description: As a Resident Automation Technician you will work with a team of technicians onsite to maintain, troubleshoot and repair automation equipment within a state-of-the-art Victoria’s Secret Warehouse / Distribution Center. Some specific responsibilities include:
• Complete maintenance activities about the automated equipment on-site, such as conveyors, cranes, shuttles, scale checks and carton-opening systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as quickly and practically as possible. Lead maintenance efforts on complex issues that require in-depth technical knowledge.
• Work individually or with other team members to complete work assignments as assigned.
• Adhere to quality standards, while complying with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance in accordance with established standards and schedules.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have good hands-on experience (both mechanical and electrical) with industrial equipment and related automation and control systems. Familiarity with HMI and SCADA is preferred, as is experience with PLC and automation troubleshooting.
