Field Service Technician

• Perform emergency and preventative maintenance at customer sites

• Diagnose failures and recommend repairs

• Inspect and repair electrical, mechanical, and support systems

• Operate and maintain a company service vehicle and parts inventory

• Deliver professional, safety-focused customer service

• Hands-on experience servicing industrial generators

• Strong troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment

• Knowledge of generator systems and how they operate

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Own standard maintenance tools (tool insurance up to $3K available)

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical

• Level 3: External generator repairs (water pumps, belts, hoses, bolt-ons)

• Level 2: Level 3 skills + internal engine diagnostics and repair
