Position Details: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Cincinnati, OH (Westchester)
• Shift: A/B 12-Hour Day Shift (7A-7P)
• Compensation: $27-35/hr. based on skills and experience, 8 hours OT built in every 2 weeks
• First Year W2 ~ $65k-$84k+, based on projects and overtime

Position Description:
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are to perform regular preventive maintenance on all production equipment. On – call support for all emergency repairs essential for continued production, minimizing downtime to the greatest extent possible.

Requirements:
• Prior experience performing maintenance in a high speed manufacturing industry (2 years +) or training/degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs.

Position Description:

Will use a variety of skills and tools, including gauging, print reading , manual cnc machining, welding (MIG and TIG), and hydraulics diagnoses and repair. Must be able to adhere to all safety regulations and contributing to a positive work environment. Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and locate mechanical deficiencies on Heavy Equipment and develop logical conclusions and determine a repair solution based on education and experience. Source and order parts as needed. Will be a primary lead to perform welding and brazing, fabricate and modify parts, equipment, and miscellaneous structures as needed. Must be decisive and able to recognize and support the organization’s goals and priorities.

Requirements:
• General knowledge, ability to fabricate parts based on diagnosis, orders, and technical specifications
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interrupt technical information from general hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Welding (MIG and TIG) experience highly sought after, along with hydraulic knowledge
• Technical school graduate or experience with Volvo construction equipment preferred
• Possess great attitude willing to learn and develop

Position Description:
• Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.).
• Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.
• Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.
• Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
• Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and requests proactive corrective actions. Troubleshoots equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
• Proactively identifies suggestions for product and quality improvement and communicates them further in the company organization. Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED and 10 or more years’ experience.
• Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization.
• Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Moderate ability to self-Project Manage using MS Project or Excel.
