Position Description: Company is seeking Mill Electrical Technicians to join their team at their plant located in Pueblo, Colorado. As a Mill Electrical Technician (MET), you will provide all necessary electrical, electronic, and combustion-instrumentation maintenance to all areas of the Mill safely and efficiently. This position reports to the Superintendent of Maintenance.
• Serve the function(s) of a Combustion-Instrumentation Technician, Electronic Repairman, and/or Electrical Inspector (Maintenance Electrician) depending upon training and certification
• Complete the RMSM training program to become skilled in all three of the crafts mentioned above
• Troubleshoot, repair, dismantle, assemble, and install a variety of equipment throughout the mill
• Work with Electric Shop, Combustion Lab and Electronic Shop equipment and tools, mobile equipment of every kind, controls, switches, valves, ovens, furnaces, machinery, cranes, prints and drawings
• Observe lockout procedures
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
• Perform routine maintenance and assist Maintenance personnel
• Operate overhead cranes as needed
• Work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, while exposed to elevated noise levels, vibrations, extreme cold, and heat; conditions that require use of a respirator or dust mask; near moving parts, and electrical currents; working on scaffolding and high places; exposure to natural gas, high heat, hot surfaces, molten metal, chemicals, oils, and lubricants

Requirements: This is a fantastic opportunity for Military Veteran Technicians with a strong electrical or electronic foundation and a good working knowledge of Ohms Law – EM, GSE, ET, Power Generation, and Calibration Technicians to name a few. If you have experience with PLCs, VFDs, or 480v electrical you are a great fit!
• The Ramsay test will be given during the interview process to determine strengths and a training plan.

Position Details
Location: White Marsh, MD
Compensation: $55K-$65K, Reasonable First Year W2 $70K-$90K or more!
• Straight Time OT for Saturday shifts
• Annual Bonus Ranging 20-40% of Base Salary based on performance milestones
Shift: Flexible Shift Hours, M-F (Saturday shifts as needed)
Benefits: Company offers full health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k match up to 6%, PTO, Tuition Assistance, and more.

Position Description
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will assist the Branch Manager to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer satisfaction to maintain profitability. You will be responsible for personnel management, standards and expectations, training, and other applicable matters. You will be required to maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. You will oversee general compliance and adherence to policies and procedures including but not limited to safety, including HACCP and OSHA, security, inventory, and accountability. You will set an operational mission for the branch and follow up with employees to monitor activities and achieve the goals and standards set forth. You will also assist with the mentorship, coaching, and development of Department Managers, annual performance reviews, promotions, and other applicable actions. You will maintain communication with corporate partners, and ensure all reports or paperwork is completed and processed in an accurate and timely manner. You may be assigned special projects or responsibilities as needed.

Position Requirements
• 4 years’ experience in management and operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse, retail, or mass merchandising beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
• Understanding of profit/loss, inventory control, hiring/training, payroll, security/loss prevention.
• Strong customer service and satisfaction mentality, able to adapt and address challenges.
