Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work, live, and interact with technology. But before humanoid robots can safely operate in the real world, they need to learn how people move, respond, and complete everyday tasks.
That’s where you come in.
Orion Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client, a cutting-edge leader in humanoid robotics, for several hundred Data Creators and Humanoid Robot Pilots, with no previous robotics experience required. Whether you’re helping create the data that teaches robots how humans move or working directly with robots as they learn new skills, you’ll play a hands-on role in advancing one of today’s most exciting technologies!
Two Unique Ways to Be Part of the Future
Data Creator - Teach Robots How People Move
As a Data Creator, you’ll wear specialized sensor equipment and perform guided physical movements that generate the data used to train artificial intelligence. Walking, lifting, reaching, carrying objects, and other everyday movements help humanoid robots better understand how people interact with the world.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, can follow detailed procedures with precision, and want to contribute directly to cutting-edge AI development. Experience in athletics, dance, gaming, virtual reality, motion capture, military service, or other movement-based activities can be helpful - but no robotics experience is required.
Humanoid Robot Pilot Support - Work Directly with Learning Robots
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to work alongside humanoid robots, the Humanoid Robot Pilot Support role offers that opportunity.
Using specialized teleoperation equipment, you’ll guide humanoid robots through designated movements and behaviors while helping collect the data used to refine their AI systems. You’ll work closely with evolving robotic technology, collaborate with technical teams, and help improve robot performance over time.
This role is a great fit for individuals who are physically coordinated, technologically curious, adaptable, and excited to work with emerging technology. Experience with robotics, gaming, mechanics, motion-control technology, athletics, or military service can be beneficial, but enthusiasm for learning is just as important.
More Than a Job: An Opportunity to Build What’s Next
Humanoid robotics is rapidly moving from research labs into real-world applications across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and countless other industries. As these technologies continue to evolve, they rely on people to help teach, test, and improve how robots interact with the world around them.
These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to that progress while gaining experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.
Who Should Apply?
These opportunities are ideal for individuals who are:
- Interested in artificial intelligence, robotics, or emerging technology
- Curious, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in an active, technology-focused environment
- Looking for a unique career experience unlike a traditional office or warehouse job
- Excited to contribute to technology that’s shaping the future
Whether you’re a recent graduate, looking for a career change, or simply interested in being part of groundbreaking technology, these positions offer the chance to work on something truly different.
Start Building the Future Today
The future of humanoid robotics depends on people who are willing to help teach, test, and improve intelligent systems.
