Orion Novotus Ranks on HRO Today's 2018 Baker's Dozen for Top RPO Providers

Orion Novotus, a leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), has been named among the top Enterprise RPO providers in the HRO Today's 2018 Baker's Dozen Rankings. HRO Today Magazine provides the broadest and deepest reach into the human resources industry, and annually publishes the Baker's Dozen list identifying the industry's top RPO firms. This list is compiled from surveys completed by Orion Novotus RPO clients, and Orion Talent Military Talent Program clients rating breadth of service, deal size and quality of service.

 

This year marks an important move for Orion Novotus to the Enterprise list. Orion Novotus has consistently been included in the Baker’s Dozen, including three years as #1 on the Mid-Market Provider list. While the midsize list includes companies providing for hiring volumes from a few hundred to a few thousand a year, companies on the Enterprise list represent those excelling at larger and more complex global programs in RPO.
