Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Danvers, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Compensation: $90k-110k+
Benefits: PTO, 401(k) w/5% match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life.
Travel: Regional 30%, home every night. 70% in office

Position Description:
As the Field Service Engineer, you will execute scheduled preventive maintenance and document all service events on Samsung digital radiography imaging technology. Personality will be key in this role as you will be interfacing with the customer and must provide outstanding support. You will also work with customers for the installation and deployment, overseeing assembly and coordinating installation processes for various systems. You will work from the office 70% of the time and be on-site with regional customers 30% of the time. You will report to the regional Service Manager.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 3 years of electronics technician experience gained in the military. Candidates who already have an AAS degree in Biomedical Equipment Service or Computer Science will stand out to the hiring manager. Candidates must demonstrate a strong customer service mentality and possess the ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
