Position Description
As Branch Manager, you will direct all activities of a single store location with responsibility for profit and loss. In coordination with District Manager and Sales Manager, you will establish sales and profitability goals, manage proper fleet levels, be responsible for the effective leadership of branch employees, and drive a safety-first culture. Responsibilities will include:
• Lead team development and productivity to deliver Legendary Customer Service (LCS), ensuring alignment with the company's Vision, Values, and Mission through the use of Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools.
• Manage branch operations, personnel, and support equipment demonstrations and technical support, driving sales and marketing initiatives for market share and customer retention.
• Set high safety standards, oversee audits, training, compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe equipment program.
• Recruit and train employees, fostering a performance-optimized climate, support sales strategies, and ensure product quality and efficient rental equipment operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, prioritize customer-focused operations, sales, and service, aiming for profitable market share growth and meeting corporate targets while ensuring safety compliance.
Position Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business.
• Management, Administration, or Construction Management preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in business management and/or operational management with increasingly progressive job scope and responsibilities.
