Position Details:
Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Springfield, IL
Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5pm
Compensation: $65k, +$15,000 housing stipend during training, pay bump to 75k-80k after training
Benefits: PTO, 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, paid lodging and per diems for any overnight stays.
Travel: Regional, company vehicle provided

Position Description:
As the Field Service Engineer, you will provide 24/7 coverage by making repair calls and conducting monthly /annual maintenance to multiple mobile GE MRI units. You must be willing to temporarily relocate to Cottage Grove, WI for training before you start in the field. Training can be 6 months to 1 year depending on current skillset. You will be provided a monthly living stipend to use on a rental property will at training.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 3 years of electronics technician experience gained in the military. Candidates who already have an AAS degree in Biomedical Equipment Service or Computer Science will stand out to the hiring manager. Candidates must demonstrate a strong customer service mentality and possess the ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment. Must be willing to relocate for training.
