Position Details:
• Title: Technical Training Specialist
• Location: Newnan, GA
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Work remote on Monday and Friday
• Compensation: $75K + bonus

• Travel: In-Frequent travel required, 10%
Position Description: Responsibilities include:
Training clients and employees on process instrumentation and controls. Responsible for developing training curriculum in the industrial instrumentation field, facilitating and maintaining Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s) accreditation, facilitating onsite training events for employees and clients. Must be extremely knowledgeable in their field and clearly explain complex subjects.
• Work in a team environment to establish strong relations with manufacturing, product management, marketing, sales, and order management department personnel.
• Responsible for all pre and post registration communication with trainees.
• Responsible for all training center coordination, which includes but not limited to communication, organizing schedule/instructors, training materials, meals, events, etc.
• Maintain the company Instrument Process Skids (YIPS).
Requirements:
• Well organized and excellent communication and time management skills.
• Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
• 10 years or more with Industrial Automation Instrumentation Experience.
