Position Details:
• Title: Maintenance Supervisor/Planner
• Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (Chicago)
• Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift, generally 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Compensation: $65-75k + Annual Bonus

Position Description:
As a Maintenance Supervisor/Planner you will supervise and schedule the maintenance of all plant systems. In addition, the Supervisor will supervise preventative maintenance program to include development and direction of Maintenance Mechanics.
Responsibilities:
-PM creation, assignment and execution per manufacturer requirements
-Maintain up to date records of all completed PM’s as well as work orders, maintain assets in ERP software
-Oversee mechanics to ensure proper workorder entry and completion, and supervision of maintenance calls
-Maintain up to date certification records and schedule certifications as needed
-Coordinate safety training; monthly meetings, annual drills (fire, CPR..etc)
-Maintain proper stocks of ANSI minimum standard first aid supplies, month checks of all fire extinguishers
-maintain reports of maintenance downtime using data provided in maintenance EOS reports
-Assist with inventory cycle counts when needed
Requirements:
• Fantastic fit for Veterans with a mechanical and hydraulic skillset with proven experience managing a PM
• Proven mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic skillset as both a technician and leader
• Able to coach, mentor and develop team members while maintaining a high level of morale
