Position Details
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $52K-$60K with some flexibility for the perfect candidate!
Shift: 6AM-4PM or 9AM- 7PM
Travel: Regular daily travel within region

Position Description
The purpose of the Leadership Development Program is to attract, retain, and develop individuals who can progress through a structured development program to become high performing teammates. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the teams at the local level by seeking out and integrating high potential people who are looking for a strong, stable company with a great culture and future opportunities. The end result for you is limitless; you could go on to be an inside sales teammate, outside sales individual, warehouse manager, operations manager, or even location manager. This is a multi-year program. Additional duties and responsibilities as follows:
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Support residential and commercial locations in the plumbing industry.
• Set clear team goals.
• Cross train in different areas of the company.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.

Position Requirements
• Ability to thrive in organized chaos and have a do what it takes attitude, i.e., “Truck needs loaded? Grab a dolly.”
• Strong analytical mind with good math skills and intuition for numbers along with solid computer skills to pull useful data and generate reports.
• Be a proven leader with demonstrated experience in military, educational, athletic, or professional environment, a competitive spirit and take-charge attitude.
• Be willing to constantly look for areas for improvement, from daily tasks to standard policies and procedures.
