• Title: Brand Development Manager
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
• Shift:
• Compensation: $70-$80K + commission on sales

• Travel: Frequent daily travel, some overnight monthly travel
Position Description: Responsibilities include:
Developing the demand in the marketplace, by creating new and maintaining customers, providing training sessions regarding their product and project management for the Design, Kitchen & Bath Studios, and Fabricator customers/communities.
• Responsible for overall sales of the defined territory.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and assigned fabrication base.
• Prepare action plans/schedules to identify specific targets/project number of contacts to be made.
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock and maintain sales materials.
• Develop and promote brand awareness with all potential customers within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans for territory of all customer segments.
• Assist with trade show set-up, customer entertainment events, and other promotional activities.
• Attend Industry related events regularly (NKBA, ASID, AIA, NARI) to build relationships.
• Deliver marketing materials assigned to the client according to their value (segmentation).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience achieving goals, executing strategic plans, gaining market share, in the same or similar industry
• At least 3 years minimum experience within the region for sales of solid surface and quartz.
• Experience with working with Fabrication/Installation, kitchen dealers/remodelers.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA and valid driver license with clean driving record.
