Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Mason City, IA
Shift: 80% 1st shift / 20% 2nd Shift; M-F with 1 weekend day/month (Eligible for extended work week compensation 4hr- 20% weekly pay / 6+ hours 30% weekly pay)
Compensation: $80-$85k + $5k sign-on bonus + 10% Target Bonus + Relocation assistance if needed

Position Description:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a group of Maintenance Electricians and Mechanics in support of building and equipment maintenance and repair. Determine strategies to reduce downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations such as Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc. as well as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.
Requirements:
Perfect opportunity for a veteran candidate with a mechanical / electrical background with experience with industrial maintenance. Food industry experience is not required. Candidates should have trong leadership skills with previous experience in a leadership role. Degree, PLC experience or bilingual (Spanish) are pluses.
