Position Details:
Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Malden, MA
Shift: Day shift (7am-5pm). Will be on call for a full week once every 3 months.
Compensation: $32-38/hr. Will be paid as soon as you leave home until return home (a lot of built in OT). Relocation available for right candidate.

Travel: Majority will be local. Company vehicle provided with gas card.
Hiring Process: Interview will be in-person and decision will be made right after.
Position Description:
You must be proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a multitude of heating, and cooling systems. The equipment we service will range from residential units to commercial rooftops, along with industrial equipment and everything in between.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your team, and your manager.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Pass all paperwork in on a timely basis.
• Join the on-call rotation list.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional in the field.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications, and licenses to become a fully Licensed HVAC-R Technician. We can help you with this if this job is a perfect fit for you.
Requirements:
• UPA Universal 608 Certification
• Must have at least 3+ years HVAC experience.
• Will have to work towards getting the Massachusetts Refrigeration License when hired. Once you get that by passing the exam and fulfilling the hours requirement you will be given pay raise.
