Position Details
Location: Springfield, MA
Compensation: $25-$35/hr + $6000 in Employee-Equity
Shift: M-F 8 AM – 5 PM

Position Description
As an Automotive Technician, you will be expected to diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems including ADAS, engine, steering, suspension, air conditioning, drivetrain, alignment, brakes, exhaust, and electrical. You will perform oil changes and lubrication work with a multipoint inspection. You will be expected to continuously learn new technical information in training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology. You will communicate with service adviser when additional repairs are needed on a vehicle, order parts using shop software (RO Writer), and inspect/test drive vehicles to ensure they are working properly.
Position Requirements
• 3+ Years of automotive maintenance experience in a professional or military setting.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of vehicle makes and models, or aptitude to learn/master them.
• Team orientated, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
