Position Details
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Salary: $38/hr and above plus overtime potential
Shift Work: 2d Shift- Tuesday through Saturday- 3p-1130p/3d shift Sunday through Thursday - 11p-730a. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Position Description:
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electronics control and process control equipment on all production equipment (Packaging/Filling Lines), autoclaves, WFI system, sterilization tunnels and ovens, process support systems, and vision systems. Data documentation to include updating system manuals and prints whenever changes to equipment or systems are necessitated. Also, you will be responsible for systems programming of computer control programmable logic controller interfaces. You will work closely with Maintenance and Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Additional responsibilities will include:
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electronics on all production equipment on the sterile filling and packaging lines to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Provide technical support to other plant departments.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to the board and component level.
• Use computer and logic controllers to perform system analysis of system equipment.
• Maintain electronic test and repair equipment in a high state of readiness.
• Repair, program, adjust, and calibrate plant wide control and instrumentation.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with SOP and cGMP guidelines.
• Maintain the calibration of all in-house instrumentation including documentation.
• Provide technical support to other plant departments.
• Program logic controller and make changes to existing programs as directed by supervision.
• Perform set-ups, changeovers, and startup adjustments of equipment as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and repair air regulators, air filters, air actuated valves, pneumatic controls, and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair steam regulators, steam traps, steam strainers, steam piping associated with autoclaves, tunnels, ovens, and other facilities maintenance equipment.
• Perform other duties as directed by management personnel.

Position Requirements
• Able to evaluate and order critical spare parts.
• Able to perform critical calibrations of process control equipment associated with production equipment, the WFI system, autoclaves, and sterilization equipment to NIST Standards.
• Must be able to be gowned qualified and maintain gowning status.
