Position Details:
• Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Marshalltown, IA (50 mins NE of Des Moines)
• Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule. Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift
• Compensation: $26-$30/hr. based on experience + O/T = W-2 $65-$80K

Position Description: Maintenance Technician
Company is looking for Mechanical Technicians in support of their Marshalltown, IA facility. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain equipment plant wide. You will need to be a motivated, self-starter with the ability to take on and complete projects and support production needs. To maintain all Distribution equipment. Refrigerant compressors, evaporators, pneumatic system. Electrical Circuits, Water Treatment Program, Perform thorough Preventative Maintenance task. Housekeeping. Daily Engine room rounds.
Requirements The ideal fit for these roles is an electrical or electronic control professional with a fundamental understanding of mechanical components from the military. Company has great success with hiring military technician with all mechanical, electrical, and electronic backgrounds. Candidates should be problem solvers and can interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. The ability to aid in the development of SOPs for the maintenance department is essential for this position. While not required, any experience in the following is beneficial:
