• Location: Lebanon, OH (20 mins from Dayton & Cincinnati)
• Shift: 5-2 schedule. 8hr shifts. (2 openings on 1st 6:45am- 3:15pm & 1 on 3rd 10:45pm to 7:15am)
• Compensation: $31-33/hr with shift differential 3rd shift + OT

Position Description: Maintenance Engineer
Company is looking for a maintenance Engineer in support of their Lebanon, OH facility. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain equipment plant wide. You will need to be a motivated, self-starter with the ability to take on and complete projects and support production needs. Maintain and repair panels, circuits, wiring, receptacles, and switches; replace motors, fans, lights, starters, and various systems as needed.
Requirements The ideal fit for these roles will be able to operate equipment such as forklifts, bucket lifts, and power tools. Electro-mechanical knowledge as well as ability to install and repair all industrial electrical controls up and including industrial 480v three-phase, AB, PLC’s, and ABB motorman robots. Ability to repair mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics of manufacturing equipment. Understand importance of 5S and other related policies. Implement manufacturing methods and techniques, such as Lean, Kanban, 5S, Poke-Yoke and support the waste reduction efforts in the materials area.
While not required, any experience in the following is beneficial:
• 2 years automotive experience preferred.
