Position Details:
Title: Technician
Location: Omaha, NE (2-3 Open) / San Jose, CA (1xOpen) / Manassas, VA (1xOpen) / (6 month openings New Albany, OH / Reno, NV)
Shift: M-F; normal hours (Avg 50-55 hours a week) (Overtime typically at discretion of employee)
Compensation: $65 - $75k starting Pay bands (Increase w/ experience)+ overtime pay over 40 hours + $15k mobility incentive + Annual Bonus

Travel: Local travel; Home every night.
Position Description:
Controls Technicians will become skilled at troubleshooting, calibrating, repairing, and operating controls systems with their related hardware, software, and equipment. They will develop in-depth understanding of HVAC-related controls and learn how to provide analysis of building control and mechanical system performance at a complete systems and campus level. Ensuring documentation is accurate and complete is a high priority for this position. Controls Technicians will lead start up and commissioning of building automation systems.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits as well as a basic understanding of mechanical systems. They should have experience troubleshooting basic and complex problems. Candidates should have an understanding of basic programming concepts. They should have a strong work ethic, keeping safety in mind and have the ability and desire to learn on the job. Excellent opportunity for a Navy Nuke, or individuals with experience in Avionics or similar fields.
