Position Details:
Title: Project Engineer
Location: Omaha, NE (3-5 Open) / San Jose, CA (2xOpen) / New Albany, OH (2x Open)/ Reno, NV (2xOpen) / Chicago, IL (1xOpen)
Shift: M-F; normal hours (Avg 50-55 hours a week) (Overtime typically at discretion of employee)
Compensation: $75k - $100k Starting Pay Band (Specific engineering degrees or electrical design skills may qualify a candidate for the next higher pay band. Please inquire if you believe you may qualify.) + overtime pay over 40 hours + $15k mobility incentive + Annual Bonus

Travel: Local travel; Home every night.
Position Description:
Project Engineers are a key member of the Critical Facilities team and essential in ensuring the
successful completion of complex projects. They will be responsible for designing and engineering building automation and energy management systems based on local energy code and sustainability initiatives, project plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits as well as a basic understanding of mechanical systems. They should have knowledge of direct digital control theory and applications. Candidates should experience with basic programming concepts. They should have a strong work ethic, keeping safety in mind and have the ability and desire to learn on the job. Degree in engineering or experience with facilities are a plus. Candidates should be a strong people leader and have the ability to plan and analyze building control and mechanical systems.
