Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Monroe, NC
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, on-call once a month
Compensation: $90k-$110k, +10%-15% annual bonus, +Great relocation package

Position Description:
As Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the VIM (Vacuum Induced Melting) department in Monroe, NC. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives. You will provide training, scheduling, certification, and re-certification for employees in your department.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates should possess at least three years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, even if gained through academic coursework without practical experience, is preferred as training will be provided if candidates have the required educational background. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
