Position Details:
• Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector
• Location: Conroe, TX (40 miles north of downtown Houston)
• Schedule:
o 2nd shift (3:30p – midnight Mon-Fri)
o Weekend shift (7a – 7p Fri-Sun)
• Compensation: Target base rate ~$26/hr - $$32/hr
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Performance review at 6 months to determine raise potential; eligible for annual performance incentive bonuses.

Position Description: As a QC Inspector you will work closely with the operations team to ensure process controls are in place and adequate to met standard requirements. You will address (and correct) daily quality concerns and questions, and troubleshoot manufacturing problems and quality issues. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in a manufacturing quality environment, including specific knowledge of tooling systems. Some other specific responsibilities include:
• Ensure any non-conforming product is properly identified, quarantined and communicated
• Examines material or product for surface defects such as crack, pits, and incomplete welds
• Verifies specified dimensions of product or material
• Conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to procedures, specifications, drawings, samples, or illustrations.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
• Cleaning, organizing, and setting up workstations
• Kitting or grouping required parts per job requirements
• Must be able to easily multitask around the shop.
