Position Description:
The Technical Advisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of specialized industrial services projects—including steam blows, air blows, high-velocity flushing, pulse flushing, and chemical cleaning—ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client specifications. This position serves as the technical representative on-site and in-office, managing equipment setup, inventory, and modifications to hookup designs based on site conditions. The Technical Advisor will liaise directly with clients and craft labor, maintain detailed job logs, and communicate regularly with the home office. Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude, integrity, and the ability to travel frequently are essential. Success in this role directly contributes to client satisfaction, project profitability, and long-term business growth.
