Chief Operating Officer, Orion Talent
Tim Isacco currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer in Orion Talent, leading both Sales and Operations for the company. Tim joined Orion in 1995 as an Account Executive in the Cincinnati office, upon his separation from Active Duty.
Instrumental in the growth and expansion of Orion, Tim has served as Vice President of Sales, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President of Operations. He was selected as a Senior Partner in 2003. Tim helped develop Orion's Military Talent Program, and has worked with companies including General Electric, Siemens, and Honeywell to develop their Veteran hiring initiatives.
Tim graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1988, and represents the 5th generation of Academy graduates within his family. He served as an Army Infantry Officer on assignments including Germany and Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Tim volunteers his time for the General Hugh Shelton Leadership Foundation, Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, and the Warrior Transition Group, focused on retraining and hiring of Veterans with PTSD and TBIs.
