Christine Bonk

Christine Bonk serves as Chief Operating Officer for Orion Talent, where she leads operational strategy and execution across the organization. Since joining Orion in 2024, Christine has enhanced the company's operational framework and evolved its delivery, solutions, and technology to better align with client needs and business growth.
With nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce solutions, Christine has led large, global teams across life sciences, manufacturing, retail, education, healthcare, and other industries. Prior to Orion, she spent 13 years at Cielo Talent, where she directed client delivery, managed operations across multiple product lines, and led enterprise-wide technology transformations and shared services launches that strengthened service delivery. She began her career at Kaplan Higher Education, overseeing placement outcomes across 26 campuses and building strong partnerships between graduates and employers.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University. She lives outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with her husband, Paul, and their five children. An avid runner, she also dedicates her time to coaching youth basketball and track and field.
