Pramod Patil
Chief Technology Officer
Pramod Patil serves as Chief Technology Officer for Orion Talent, leading the company's technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Since joining Orion in 2025, he has driven modernization efforts that leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance recruitment workflows and deliver seamless experiences for clients and candidates.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology and product development, Pramod has led large engineering, data, and product teams across industries including telecom, retail, finance, healthcare, and HR technology. His expertise spans big data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, with deep experience in AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure environments.
Before joining Orion, Pramod held senior leadership roles at ADP, Zebra Technologies, and Accion Labs. At ADP, he led engineering for next-generation workforce scheduling products and introduced AI features to improve user experience. At Zebra Technologies, he oversaw data analytics products supporting a petabyte-scale data lake and re-architected the analytics platform from the ground up. As Vice President of Product Engineering at Accion Labs, he was part of the founding team that grew the company from $2 million to $18 million, leading teams that developed more than a dozen B2B and B2C products.
Pramod holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Karnataka University in India. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two college-aged children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing badminton, tennis, and pickleball, as well as working on home projects.
