Greg Summers has served as CEO of Orion Talent since June 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. He has operated across several functional areas including Sales, Delivery and Operations, Solution Design and Product Development in organizations ranging from start-up ventures to large multinational corporations.
Prior to Orion Talent, Greg held regional and global executive leadership roles at Cielo and Randstad. He was instrumental in expanding RPO, Search and Total Talent service offerings into Latin America and Asia Pacific, increasing customer support and retention while driving significant business unit growth.
At Orion Talent, Greg and his team are committed to helping companies build stronger, more capable workforces through innovative solutions that attract, hire, develop, and retain highly sought-after talent, including a deeply engaged and skilled community of veterans and military personnel.
Greg earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. He resides in Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. Greg also serves on the board of a few select non-profit organizations.
