Position Description: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a project or assigned group of projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate and manage all aspects of the project.

Requirements:
• 5 years minimum of relevant work experience managing construction projects is required, renovation work experience is a plus.
• Negotiating experience in construction change orders and project presentations required.
• Ability to interpret contractual documents, plans, specifications, schematic diagrams, and isometric drawings.
• Proficiency with job cost accounting systems.
• Understanding of financial models used in fixed price, cost plus and unit rate/price contracting.
• Ability to be reasonably on-call as necessary to support the on-going 24/7 operations of our clients which may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to be on the job site daily to check progress, inspect work and conduct meetings to resolve issues.

• Title: Field Technical Trainer Applications Specialist
• Location: Houston, TX or within 1 hour of a major airport
• Compensation: $25-32/hr + OT + Per diem($59/day) and EOY Bonus

• Shift/Travel: Travel up to 100% of the time based on customer training requirements. Travel and training generally conducted Monday – Friday.

Position Description:
As a Field Technical Trainer Applications Specialist, you will conduct internal and/or external training courses for both customers, or company personnel, and provides direct support to the Laser Applications Support team.

• Conducts training courses for both customers and company personnel on the operation and maintenance of laser systems; the use of the entire company Elements Software suite for programming parts and managing production; as well as other important topic areas as required.
• Assists in the development and improvement of training programs, including outlines, guides, procedures, and other resources.
• Supports testing of new machine and software features, options, settings, technology, and versions for incorporation into training and field service operations.
• Helps develop documentation for distribution to customer and company personnel to improve their understanding and proper use of company products.
• Supports customers by providing technical counsel and solutions to specific technical issues/Service Tickets.
• Understands technical issues to the point of being able to make recommendations and/or refer the matter to a subject expert.
• Maintains a positive rapport and business relationship with customers by providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:
• 4+ years of military training in any technical background and either Instructor qualified or seasoned in providing structured classes to personnel.
• Ability to convey material to large audiences in a seamless, coherent manner.

Position Description:
A successful Customer Service Mechanical Technician will have a minimum of 2-3 years of Mechanical Technician or equivalent experience. They will be able to work on prototype machine assembly experience with pneumatics, and read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and sketches. You will report to the customer service manager.
