The type of projects Links Construction builds are Restaurant, Office / Retail, Industrial, Medical and Worship Centers.

Position Details:

Location: There are two possibilities available in terms of location. If they feel that you are a good fit for some of their projects in the DFW area you would need to live near the main corporate office in Denton, TX. However, if you are open to travel, they do have traveling superintendent roles where you can choose to live in Austin, San Antonio, or Houston. The traveling superintendent roles are high traveling roles so if you are looking for one of those positions be prepared to give reasons as to why you are open to high travel. Right now about 9 of their 26 Superintendents are high traveling superintendents.

Travel: You will need to be prepared for travel whether you are assigned to be in Denton, TX at the corporate office or plan to live elsewhere and be a traveling superintendent. For example, if you have a new project for a Chick Fil A in Houston but you are living in Denton expect to travel significantly during the completion of that project. The company does try to assign its superintendents to local projects if it is possible, but you must be prepared for travel in this role. With a great deal of their new projects being in the DFW area you can likely reduce your level of travel somewhat by living somewhere in the DFW metroplex.
