Position Description:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the scheduled, unscheduled and preventative maintenance and repair of a wide variety of beverage manufacturing and packing equipment requiring strong mechanical skills base to include: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems.

Responsibilities:

Preventive and proactive maintenance on conveyors, packers, fillers, palletizers, and steam generators
Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.
Education/Experience:

3+ year’s experience as an electrical or mechanical maintenance technician, troubleshooting and repairing equipment in an industrial setting.

Experience with

Electrical systems (installation, frequency drive, troubleshooting)
Electronics (e.g., level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, etc.)
Product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs).
Schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays).
Troubleshooting (e.g., diagnostics, problem solving, etc.).

• Travel/Schedule: M-F 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 plus 5% Bonus

Position Description: As the Parts Manager, you will be successfully managing the daily operations of the parts department by monitoring parts stock ordering and ensuring adequate inventory levels are met to support the financial and fill rate goals of the organization. Additionally, approximately 30% of this person’s time will be spent on Parts Support across the entire Network as directed by the Director of Service Centers. Some other specific responsibilities include:

• Complete all required daily, weekly and monthly Parts Department activity reporting
• Warranty parts retention and shipping
• Print warranty parts report in CCS
• Cycle counts weekly and core management
• Participate in local meetings as required
• Process invoices for payment daily as needed
• Review all open purchase orders weekly print credit card report
• Parts need to be delivered to work stations as directed by the Shop Supervisor
• Direct and participate in all QAS meetings.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have leadership experience in a logistics / warehousing environment, ideally is a environment supporting buses, trucks, or heavy equipment. You will be expected to manage budgets, inventory and material handling / movement.

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday / 2pm-10:30pm ... plus overnight and weekend on-call rotation with the San Bernardino Service Team.

Position Description:

The Driver / Field Service Representative is responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, delivery and pick up of medical equipment that is used on rental basis by local hospitals and nursing homes. This position is based in our San Bernardino service center but will involve local driving to and from Inland Empire-area medical facilities using company vehicles.

Day-to-day functions:
• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
• Load and unload medical equipment
• Drive 26 foot box truck to make deliveries and pick-ups
• Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required
• Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment to company quality standards
• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE a High School diploma or equivalent
• MUST HAVE a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Two(2) years’ experience within service or operations field
• Two(2) years’ experience in front-line customer-service
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and push/pulling up to 75 pounds
• Ability to drive work truck
• Ability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
