Shift or Travel: Travel up to 75%. Typical rotation is 3 weeks onsite, 1 week remote/off-site (when not supporting a local project).
Compensation: $80K–$100K+ base salary, plus annual bonus

Position Description:
In this role, you will provide technical support throughout the full commissioning lifecycle of mission-critical facilities. You’ll plan, schedule, and execute commissioning activities, participate in design reviews, and perform functional testing of advanced electrical and mechanical systems. This is a dynamic role requiring collaboration with engineers, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders, often in live data center environments.
In this role, you will provide technical support throughout the full commissioning lifecycle of mission-critical facilities. You’ll plan, schedule, and execute commissioning activities, participate in design reviews, and perform functional testing of advanced electrical and mechanical systems. This is a dynamic role requiring collaboration with engineers, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders, often in live data center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site inspection, validation, testing, and verification of electrical/mechanical equipment (50%)
• Develop commissioning and testing plans and procedures (20%)
• Review construction design documents, specifications, and drawings (15%)
• Produce technical reports and documentation (15%)

Requirements:
• Navy Nuclear-trained Technicians (E4–E6) or Officers (O2–O3) with 6–10 years of service from surface ships or submarines
• Skilled conventional Navy ETs or MMs may also be considered
• Strong technical and troubleshooting background
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in mission-critical environments
• Passion for solving complex engineering problems
