Title: Technical Solutions Specialist (Calibration Specialist)
Location: West Texas (Remote) – Preferably reside in Midland, Odessa, or Lubbock, TX area
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $30 - $32 hour

Travel: May travel up to 65% to provide on-site support. Travel will typically be Monday to Friday and may include nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on customer needs. The candidate will be provided with a company truck and fuel card, and all travel-related expenses will be paid by the company.

Position Description:
As the Technical Solutions Specialist, you play a pivotal role in the hydrocarbon industry, with a focus on the natural gas and natural gas processing markets. With a commitment to excellence, you embrace a dynamic work environment where you'll find yourself on the move, traveling to deliver indispensable on-site support. Your core responsibilities encompass a wide array of technical tasks essential to the smooth functioning of critical equipment. From installing and calibrating analyzers, meters, flow computers, and chromatographs to conducting start-up services, your expertise ensures optimal performance from the get-go. Moreover, your role extends beyond installation, encompassing regular maintenance duties to uphold the reliability and accuracy of measurement and analytical equipment. As challenges arise, you stand ready to troubleshoot and repair a variety of sophisticated equipment, from chromatographs to flow computers, demonstrating both your technical proficiency and your dedication to resolving issues swiftly and effectively. In essence, as a Technical Solutions Specialist, you are the linchpin in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of hydrocarbon measurement and analysis, vital components of the energy industry's infrastructure.

• Reside in West Texas or Oklahoma, accommodating 65% travel schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Understanding of natural gas processing and analytical measurement.
• Proficiency in sample conditioning, measurement instrumentation, and analytical equipment, with gas chromatography expertise preferred.
• Effective problem-solving skills, including root-cause failure analysis.
• High school diploma or GED, with 2 years of relevant work experience in instrumentation, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Valid Driver’s License free of unlawful traffic violations.
Certifications / License
• Requires maintaining a valid driver’s license free of unlawful traffic violations.
• ISA Certified Control Systems Technician and TWIC card a plus.
