Position Details:
Title: Automation Controls Project Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: Day shift on a M – F schedule
Compensation: $$120k - $150k DOEQ

Travel: Up to 30% (local within region)

Position Description:
The Project role is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the execution and financial performance of projects. You will lead the overall operational efforts for projects of all sizes in new construction or retrofit environments across various vertical markets. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for client experience, project deliverables and the financial success s of a portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with the VP of Operations to support the growth of a specific market or territory.

Responsibilities:
• Project Manager for the implementation of Automation and Energy Management projects
• Develop projects plans and ensure compliance with all contract documents
• Promote a safe work environment and safety culture within the team
• Ensure Client experience remains a focus and priority across the project portfolio
• Train and develop a team of Engineers
• Provide a financial forecast for all projects within assigned portfolio
• Support Sales and Operations management in driving additional business
• Finalize the complete turnover package and close out documentation on all assigned projects
• Manage subcontractors and to ensure the quality of the installation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferred
• PMP Certification, preferred
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in the following areas of Building Automation:
o Engineering, Programming, Commissioning
• Proficient in Schneider Electric, Siemens and/or Tridium product lines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient communication skills in the English language
• Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
