Position Details
Location: Sacramento, CA
Compensation: 1st year $60,775+ / 1st to 2nd year $ 70K-80K / 2nd to 3rd year $ 180K
• Average 2nd Year Compensation: $70,000-$80,000+
• Average Compensation Upon Program Completion (2-3 years): $182,000
1st Year Compensation Breakdown:
• $46,000 base comp, non-exempt
• $8,625 in OT (45-hour work week)
• $4,000 first-year profit sharing, prorated to $333/month, paid in March for the prior year
• $2,150 first-year EPEC program (electrical products education course – certification levels Bronze/Silver)
Shift: M-F, 7:00 – 5:00 P.M (hours may vary)
Travel: Approximately 25% while in the training program
