Description

Position Details:
• Title: Branch President
• Location: San Antonio, TX
• Travel/Schedule: You can expect travel up to 20% of the time for periodic corporate meetings and industry events, and you will be expected to work out of the local office when not travelling and/or travel to other satellite branches within your region (greater NYC). You will be expected to be in the office four days per week and remote one day per week.
• Compensation: Target base salary ~$185K
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Relocation / sign-on bonus is available on a case-by-case basis; target annual incentive bonus is 40%.

Position Description: As the Branch President you will direct all aspects of branch operations (e.g., Sales/Revenue Generation, Finance, Operations, Real Estate & Public Affairs, etc.) as the senior leader of a $40M+ branch with 25+ employees in a territory covering 14 counties. You will be expected to create a high-performance culture and delivers results at or above budgeted levels. Some specific responsibilities include:
• Implement targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders.
• Manage P&L of a specific market with strong focus on revenue growth, rate attainment, inventory optimization and EBITDA.
• Forecast business growth / decline, develop strategies to address changing business environments and sets organizational / individual goals accordingly.
• Anticipate and strategically address emerging business opportunities.
• Set targets and standards for revenues, productivity, safety, costs, regulatory compliance, inventory control and purchasing.
• Implement enterprise-wide changes in policies, practices, methods, applications, tools, and other standardization initiatives in the local market.
• Proactively develop the branch team through recruiting, selecting, and growing exceptional talent, managing / coaching employee performance, and holding employees accountable against expectations and business metrics.
• Lead the strategic development of marketing programs and digital strategies to drive revenues and achieve business objectives.
• Cultivate marketplace insights that generate new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing customer base of customers.
• Review, maintain and implement safe work practices in compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of successfully leading an organization with specific accomplishments in strategic roles (ie empowering sales teams, building relationships with all levels of an organization, driving cultural change, etc.). You should have extensive knowledge of the media and advertising industry, business cycles, key revenue and expense drivers, etc. Business-to-Business media sales experience, and experience leading and developing a sales team are critical characteristics.
