Position Description: On-Site Field Service Representative
The On-Site Field Service Rep serves customers by providing technical support in the on-site repair and/or component replacement of Company equipment. • Locates causes of equipment malfunctions by visually inspecting and listening to equipment, or by using various diagnostic equipment as required.
• Determines scope of repair and/or replacement parts by supervising the disassembling of equipment and evaluating questionable components.
• Oversees the repair of equipment and ensures proper operation once completed.
• Prepares service reports for each job on a timely basis and submits time sheets, expense reports, and corrective action forms, etc., within proscribed timeframes.
• Travels extensively to US-based locations, as well as to foreign countries to support PG’s int’l efforts, and works extensively on marine vessels to support critical equipment on US Navy and US Coast Guard ships.

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
Provide technical leadership for the use of Information Technology and Services within the manufacturing facility and the business sector to meet business objectives.
