• Shift: Monday – Friday | 2nd shift, with occasional weekend and on-call work requirements
• Compensation: Expected First Year Comp = $79k – 95.7k
Base Payrate ($28 – 32/hr) $58,240 – 66,560
Average OT (20 – 25%) $17,472 – 24,960
Shift Differential ($1/hr for 2nd Shift) $2,080 – 2,600
Quarterly Bonus Initiative ($300 – 400/qtr) $1,200 – 1,600
Total $78,992 – 95,720

Position Description:
In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and be directly responsible for all facility and equipment maintenance related to the production, warehousing, and shipment preparation of company products.
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
• Work with production employees and the plant manager to assemble equipment parts and products and obtain knowledge in trouble shooting basic maintenance related issues.
• Drive the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance plan and related quality standards.
• Assist in ensuring safe operations are maintained along each part of the production line.
• Obtain OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training, NFPA 70E, LOTO, and First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Coordinate work with outside contractors, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
• Operate forklift & front-end-loader as needed.
Requirements:
• Strong industrial maintenance skills and experience with 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Electromechanical skills will be important. Can be stronger in one area (either electrical or mechanical) with the ability to quickly “plus up” in the other area.
• Minimum of 2-year degree or 2 years of military experience in related field
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Fabrication/welding/pneumatic/hydraulic skills/PLC skills are a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
