Title: Off Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Shift: M-F day shift with the possibility of some weekends and extended hours
Compensation: $70-78K

Position Description: Supervises employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. Oversees the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training. Monitors work performance and provides feedback. Coordinates maintenance of production equipment. Oversees technical process control and quality process control.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
• Supervises maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates.
• Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
• Meets maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
• Works with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
• Fulfills shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.
• All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
• 5+ year of industrial maintenance experience
• Maintenance experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• 2+ years of experience working in a leadership position
• Ability to work across multiple shifts
