The Service Manager of equipment installations will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships while providing highly valued equipment installation and qualification services within a corporate level customer account. Be able to diagram it, explain it, and give examples of times when it broke down, how you t roubleshot it, and how you fixed it. They want to understand your thought process. How do you see things, analyze them, and come up with the solution. They may have a few diagrams and ask you to walk them through them (nothing extremely complicated). Relate by showing examples of what you have worked on and how you can easily catch on and grasp these basic concepts and tools (electronic inputs/outputs, ohm’s law, schematics, multimeters, o-scopes, torque wrenches, etc.). Discuss what kinds of military schools you attended and how exactly they relate to these machines you should already have the basics down--you just need to help them understand how your experience relates to “whole system” troubleshooting (not just bench/component-level).

The Industrialization Project Engineer (Upgrade & Sequence Integrator) works closely with the Industrialization Project Lead and Upgrade, Sequence, Availability, Diagnostics architects to create and deliver the Work Prep (sequences, BOM-BOP and tooling) for Upgrades, Installs and Service Actions that are integrated, qualified and released to our internal and external EUV customers. Core responsibilities are to use the high-level upgrade/blueprint structure to create optimized sequences, taking into account dependencies, resourcing, tooling, materials, and other prerequisites, while minimizing system downtime and optimize cycle time and availability. The Upgrade & Sequence Integrator will strive to maximize synergy between Upgrades, Installs and Service by maintaining commonality of the sequences and other work prep deliverables. He/she will also lead the qualification of the Work Prep in internal (protos, factory) and external customers. Also, the Upgrade Integrator provides field support through the execution of upgrades of EUV Sources.

Role and responsibilities
• Drives generation, qualification and release of upgrades, install and service Work Prep
• Collects inputs required for sequence creation from blueprints (SDS/EDS), 6x work prep, and other sources of information

Job Description

Position Description: Facilities Technician

Company is looking for a facilities technician to support a full scope of operations in running and maintaining facilities systems. You'll be working locally with an experienced team of process engineers and maintenance technicians and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers in San Francisco. This position is expected to train on the day shift for the first few months and then move to the swing/ night shift.
In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and basic equipment repairs and assist with corrective maintenance on mechanical/HVAC equipment (CDA compressors, DI water, process cooling water systems, process gas supply systems, UPS systems, exhaust and make-up air systems, etc.).

Requirements:
Candidate must have a High School diploma or possession of a GED Certificate, military technical training, or 3+ years of hands-on facilities experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with standard electrical lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters) and the ability to read control schematics and P&ID drawings. This position requires standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience in semiconductor or other device manufacturing environments is a big plus. Must be able and willing to work overtime and weekends to meet production goals. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Position Description: Equipment Maintenance Technician

The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing the set-up, calibration, verification and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, mechanical assemblies, and finished process modules with a minimal degree of supervision.
