Position Description:
The Inventory Control Specialist manages and maintains parts inventory, oversees shipping and receiving, and ensures timely delivery of parts to jobsites. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse. Responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, operating forklifts, and coordinating with the main warehouse in Buffalo, TX. This position calls for proactive problem-solving and collaboration with team members to meet operational goals.
Core Responsibilities:
• Monitor, track, and manage inventory for accuracy and adequate stock levels.
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits; reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including inspection and documentation.
• Operate forklifts safely for loading/unloading and inventory management.
• Arrange and deliver parts to jobsites using company vehicles.
• Maintain organized and accessible stock within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the Buffalo, TX warehouse and local teams for parts procurement.

Title: Commissioning Leads
Location: Memphis, TN
Shift: M-F with some weekends maybe required
Compensation: Salaried, Non-Exempt
$180K to $200K annual salary plus $18K car allowance

Position Overview
The Commissioning Superintendent will oversee the commissioning phase of the Titan 350 Power Plant, ensuring all systems, including mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage components, are tested, integrated, and fully operational. This role involves managing commissioning teams, coordinating with construction and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in power plant commissioning, with a proven track record of successfully transitioning large-scale energy projects from construction to operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Commissioning Oversight: Lead the commissioning process for all power plant systems, including turbines, SCR systems, BOP equipment, electrical distribution, and high-voltage infrastructure.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute commissioning plans, including system testing, performance verification, and functional checks to ensure systems meet design and operational requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate commissioning teams, including technicians, engineers, and vendor representatives, to ensure efficient and safe execution of commissioning activities.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and site-specific safety protocols during commissioning activities to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that all systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with engineering specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including SCADA and DCS, for reliable plant operation.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues during commissioning, such as equipment malfunctions, system inefficiencies, or integration failures.
• Coordination: Collaborate with construction managers, electrical and mechanical superintendents, and engineering teams to address punch list items and ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities, including test results, system performance data, and compliance reports, to support project closeout and regulatory audits.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to project managers, owners, and stakeholders on commissioning progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in power plant commissioning, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role managing commissioning activities for projects of similar scale.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred; technical certifications in commissioning or relevant trade experience may be considered.

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of power plant systems, including gas turbines, SCR systems, BOP equipment, high-voltage infrastructure, and control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS).
• Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with IEEE, NEC, EPA regulations, and other standards governing power plant commissioning and operations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary commissioning teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance under tight schedules.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions during commissioning.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams, reporting to management, and interfacing with stakeholders.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in field conditions, including climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in confined spaces or at heights during system inspections.
Preferred Skills
• Experience commissioning gas-fired or combined-cycle power plants.
• Familiarity with advanced control systems, such as PLCs or DCS, and high-voltage commissioning protocols.
• Proficiency with commissioning software and diagnostic tools for performance testing.
Work Environment
• Primarily field-based at the Titan 350 Power Plant construction site, with exposure to operational systems, high-voltage equipment, and heavy machinery.
• Requires frequent physical activity, including walking, climbing, and working in operational environments.
• May involve extended hours, including weekends, to meet commissioning deadlines.
